The David Street apartments are a town house community located in an urban setting in the South End of New Bedford. David Street Apartments consists of ten spacious townhouse units, each with their own entrance. David Street Apartments all have two story living areas, plus a large private unfinished basement with laundry hook-up. All units have two bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms. The entire complex is serviced by electricity and the tenant is responsible for their own bills. The tenants park in an off-street parking lot located behind the building. Each unit includes stove/oven and refrigerator and all but one units contains a dishwasher. The bedrooms, living rooms and hallways all have carpet and the kitchen and bathrooms have either linoleum or tile floors.
